<프로방스 언덕의 화가 part.2>

반고흐와 예수“는 본 전시 기조의 바탕이 됩니다.

프로방스의 언덕을 배회하는 반고흐를 상상해봅니다. 고통을 재료로 추상미술의 황홀을 빚어낸 그가 우리에게 전달 하는 것은 고통의 범용성일 것이라고 생각됩니다. 그것은 희노애락 또는 각자 나름대로 철학일수도 그 어떤것도 아닐수도 있겠습니다만 전달되는 그것은 골고다 언덕을 오름으로 박애정신의 표상을 남긴 예수의 정신과도 닮아있다고 생각됩니다.

작가의 구현과 큐레이팅이 정렬된 곳에서는 성인들을 통해 발견되는 삶의 방향성을 사유합니다. 고통과 혼돈에 더 가까운 삶의 특성 속에서 황홀한 의미를 찾아가야 하는 방향성을 말합니다.

필연적으로 고통을 수반하는 삶 속에서 각자의 의미와 황홀의 표상을 작가들의 구현을 통해 발견되기를 바랍니다. 캔버스라는 지극히 사적인 공간에서 관람자는 자신의 내면에 부유하는 것들의 형체를 발견하게 되기를 바랍니다. 또한 자신이 오르내리고 있는 언덕의 모양을 발견하게 되기를 바랍니다.

아르테위드의 전시는 작가가 전하고자 하는 그들의 세계를 온라인 공간에 아카이빙하는 방법으로도 관람자에게 대화를 건냅니다. 시각과 마음을 들여 다 보신다면 좋겠습니다.

"Van Gogh and Jesus" is the foundation of this exhibition tone.

Imagine Van Gogh wandering the hills of Provence. I think what he delivers to us is the versatility of pain, creating the ecstasy of abstract art using pain as a material. It may be joy, anger, sorrow, or pleasure, or a philosophy in its own way, but I think it also resembles the spirit of Jesus, who left a representation of the spirit of philanthropy by ascending the Golgotha hill.

Where the artist's realization and curation are aligned, they think about the direction of life found through adults. It refers to the direction of finding the ecstatic meaning in the characteristics of life closer to pain and chaos.

I hope that through the realization of the artists, each representation of their meaning and ecstasy in a life that inevitably entails pain. In an extremely private space called canvas, I hope that viewers will find the shape of the things that are floating inside them. I also hope that you will find the shape of the hill that is rising and falling.
